Overview of Position:
Heiser Ford has an immediate opening for an experienced Technician. We are seeking a professional individual, with automotive technician experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills and is detail and quality oriented. Ford certification is a plus. Technicians are responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of automotive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform emissions inspections
• Perform diagnostic testing of vehicles
• Perform replacement of worn components
• Work with Mechanics to perform work on brakes, engines, steering, and electrical systems
• Liaise with Service Consultants to execute new and existing service order requests

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year(s) automotive technician experience
• Previous automotive service industry experience preferred
• Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
• Ford Certification a plus
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
