Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Concrete Technician for a local client in East Baton Rouge. This is an excellent opportunity for a long term position with a company looking to hire talented individuals to work within their team. This position has potential for future advancement within the company after proven performance in this role. Must have concrete experience, Valid DL, Valid TWIC and OSHA certifications. Must be mechanically inclined, work well with others, and have the ability to work independently.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Concrete Technician:

• Cutting, drilling and breaking up concrete
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to work with multiple types of tools
• Must follow instruction and learn from supervisor
• Must be able to work independently and work well within a team
• Other tasks may be needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Concrete and Construction Experience Highly Preferred
• MUST be able to pass a DISA hair follicle test
• Must Wear Hard Hat – Safety Vest – Steel Toed Boots
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must have Valid TWIC, OSHA, DL
