Technology Coordinator
Job Description

HOURS: Sundays from 8:00 am to 10:00 am with flexible hours as needed to accomplish assigned duties.

JOB SUMMARY:
This person is primarily responsible for the general operation of worship live streaming and presentation, as well as church technology support and maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
● Ability to organize and communicate clearly and effectively.

● Proficiency in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel,

Publisher, Powerpoint, Google Docs, web design, and a willingness to learn new skills.

● Have some knowledge and experience with live streaming.

● Must be a self-starter.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned by the pastor.

SUPERVISION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
The Technology Coordinator will report to the pastor. The pastor will conduct an annual evaluation of job performance and review the level of compensation. This person is expected to attend the monthly Administrative Council meetings with voice and no vote for the purposes of reporting on this work area division of the church.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

● Duties include: a. Setting up and running the worship live stream on Sundays and during funerals.

b. Putting together the worship slides from the order of worship provided by the pastor. c. Maintaining copyright licensing. d. Maintaining website. e. Coordinate social media posts. f. Some video and audio editing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7,000.00 per year
