Bluegreen Vacations is looking to add an Account Executive to our growing sales team. This role offers opportunity like no other! The perfect candidate will be self-motivated, driven by results and will embrace our company culture! At Bluegreen Vacations, as an Account Executive you have an opportunity to work with existing owners to identify and create new sales opportunities. This is the position which provides the opportunity to change lives!

9% Commission + up to an additional 12% monthly bonus

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Respond to owner’s inquiries about Bluegreen vacations
Provide follow-up with owners regarding new information on ownership, availability and other vacation services
Evaluate their vacation lifestyle & offer enhanced solutions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Be an active listener
Deliver a high level of customer service
Think outside of the box (problem solver)
Be positive and professional
Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS:
TIMESHARE IN-HOUSE Experience needed
Telephone Sales Experience or Vacation Ownership Experience Needed
1 year previous sales experience, preferred
Positive & enthusiastic attitude
High School Diploma/GED
