Position Overview:

The Temporary HR Coordinator assists HR to enhance employee engagement by assigning learning and development plans, preparing the monthly newsletter, coordinating ESG events and Wellness Events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the Bank’s Learning Management System by assigning online learning.
  • Assists in the Bank’s Sustainability initiatives by assisting with the coordination of events and activities.
  • Assists in the coordination of in person and virtual events and wellness events, including the corporate challenge, the holiday party, and the December 24 event.
  • Coordinates and prepares the monthly HR Newsletter.
  • Assists the HR Department in various administrative tasks.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Psychology, or its equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and training management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
