Phoenix, Arizona - Temporary position
Compensation: $17.00 -$19.00 MAX ( DOE)
Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking, weekly COVID-19 testing at their expense, and other requirements established by CPLC from time to time.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Temporary HR Support position is an in-office position that will support the Human Resources staff in providing support for a variety of clerical and administrative within the department. Including employee record filing, scanning, uploading and documentation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)- Experience with basic typing, computer skills and data entry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ADP HRIS
- Good organization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Excellent attendance record
- Experience as a receptionist and working with the public
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support in coordination, communication, and documentation of electronic employee file project- General administrative functions such as data-entry and organization, filing
- Attention to detail a must
- Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding sensitive employee information
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requirements: Onsite position, this is NOT a remote position .
Travel: Local to Chicanos Por La Causa Corporate office at 1112 E Buckeye Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85034
