Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

*Please note - candidates will be hired by, work for, and paid directly by the hiring family*

We are currently looking for a Part Time Nanny in Avon.

A lovely family in Avon is looking for a part time nanny (8.5 - 17 hrs/week) for their 2 sweet children, one 15 months old and one due in May. Their ideal nanny will be loving, warm, compassionate, great with multiple small children, and a nonsmoker from a smoke free home.

• Schedule:
• Every Monday from 8:30am - 5pm
• 1-2 Thursdays/month from 8:30am-5pm
• Family will share full schedule (which Thursdays care is needed) for rest of 2023 once they have it, which should be within the next few weeks

• Start date: ASAP
• Long term
• 2 children - 15 months, newborn arriving in May
• $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of childcare including meals, snacks, bottle feeding, diaper changes, naps
• Age appropriate play, engagement, and interaction with both children
• Tidying up after children’s meals, snacks, activities, play
• Light housekeeping during naptime (tidying up the children’s play areas, kitchen, etc)

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 4+ years of paid, professional childcare experience - newborn, infant & toddler experience a must! - experience with multiple infants a must!
• 1+ year in-home infant nanny experience required

• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
• Must be a nonsmoker from a smoke free home
• Must be up to date on COVID, tdap, and flu vaccinations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends
