Our Impact:
- MMS governance team is responsible for enterprise-level capability developed to benefit integrated applications across the Loan Advisor Suite.
- The team maintains a single repository of all messages displayed within an application across all source systems.
- The team is responsible for customizing message data to manage message consumption by customers, implement changes to message data without impact to integrated systems and eliminate the need for code deployments.
- The team aims to manage change risk by balancing agility and stability.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of SF Operations team supporting MMS governance and will be expected to-
- Analyzing business needs while asking probing & thoughtful questions to understand customer impacts and needs in the marketplace.
- Identifying, tracking, and resolving or bringing up project level risks, issues and concerns to the Lead.
- Develop and deploy different message enhancement releases into multiple environments.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, CS, or related
- Must understand the software development cycles and SAFe Agile practices.
- Must be proactive
- Primary Mortgage Market experience is a huge plus.
- Able to handle / support multiple requests and have good communication and leadership skills
