Global company with a presence in over 20+ countries specializing in the design and manufacture of heat exchangers and complete heat transfer systems for the environmental, renewable energy, wastewater, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical markets .

Join the existing US Technical Design Team supporting the component and system sales through End Users, Distributors and EPC’S within the US market.

Responsibilities:
Interpret customer requirements to design and cost tubular heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers using the in-house design software as well as HTRI and ChemCAD. Full training will be provided.

Progress to create design of complete thermal systems that include a range of ancillary equipment, pumps, chillers, instrumentation, and control panels.

Update new quotes into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (HubSpot) for the sales team to follow up.

Process orders with our overseas technical office in Europe, and other key suppliers.

Collaborate with these teams to ensure orders are delivered on time, conform to all relevant design codes, standards, and directives, and are supplied with the required documentation and certificates.

Interpret and generate P&IDs and PFDs using software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.

Provide technical knowledge to advise customers about the best solutions for their requirements and to assist with post-sales support.

Qualifications:
BSE.

3+ years’ experience in thermal engineering and / or the design of heat transfer equipment.

Previous knowledge of the relevant industries ideal.

A professional technical sales approach with excellent communication skills.

Travel visiting customer sites throughout the US with members of the Sales Team when required.

Base Salary: $100-110K, + company incentive program plan, employer paid medical benefits, 5% annual base paid into a SEP IRA account, paid holidays, vacation, mobile laptop, and cell phone, relocation assistance.
