The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce Partnership for the TikTok eCommerce business in US.

With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities:

• Build the TikTok Ecommerce Partnership for TikTok Ecommerce - to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches
• Build the partnership with diversified players in the model of TikTok Ecommerce Partner, to work with top brands & massive mid and small businesses and provide strong services, like TikTok E-com strategy, product selection, creator selection, live event management, etc
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of e-com business management; a mixed experience in both marketplace platform side, commerce partner side and merchant side is highly preferred.
• 3 + years experiences about e-commerce Eco System Partnership
• Strong knowledge and experiences about Live Streaming is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93333 - $211000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
