This is a remote position however you must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, or Washington.


How you will contribute in this role


As an TLM Sales Executive on our Corporate Sales team you will be responsible for building business relationships with current customers and prospects working with to them to effectively leverage the time and labor management solutions in Asure’s portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for working with our marketing and sales departments to develop and deploy client opportunity profiles and processes to generate sales engagements. You will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders that all potential revenue is realized as contracted. These engages will require you to complete discovery calls, partnering with internal stakeholders as defined by the business.

  • Establish Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle
  • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients
  • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions
  • Manage versioning for the TLM solutions with the clients and documentation required to move clients from one solution set to another with minimal client impact
  • Assist internal stakeholders in introducing new products by developing time-integrated plans with development, testing, sales, marketing and production
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future TLM development by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas
  • Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities
  • Work on assigned Strategic Sales Projects as assigned by leadership
