Job description
Responsible for processing portfolio of closing files including the following functions:
- Review contract at inception for requirements to achieve closing
- Process files including ordering surveys, HOA/COA estoppels, mortgage payoffs, utility/lien searches, etc.
- Support assigned closer in preparing file for closing
- Communication and follow up with internal team, lenders, agents, clients and vendors
- Review title search/commitment to address all curative matters
- Confirm all scheduled closing appointments with transaction parties
- Maintain accurate file with proper system and file updates
Requirements:
- MUST have 1-2 years of title processing experience
- Proficient in MS office and Softpro (preferred)
- Positive and team oriented
- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

- Fort Myers, FL 33907: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
