We are currently searching for a motivated Title Researcher located in Tulsa, OK. This position has hybrid opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Title Researcher verifies ownership for parcels of interest
• Examines title to determine condition of property title
• Secures copies of recorded documents from various public offices to assist Right of Way Agents and Surveyors creating legal descriptions and exhibits.

What you need to have:

• A minimum of five (5) year’s surface title experience
• Must have knowledge of OK land laws
• Knowledge of researching and interpreting property deeds, plats, maps, and other civil records
• Experience with Google Earth, ArcGIS, and databases
• Strong organizational skills
• Tenacity required to complete tasks thoroughly
