Responsibilities :-

• Good understanding of customer’s network performance and support optimization activities to tune the RF network for better performance/quality and capacity utilization
• Good understanding of LTE/ 5G Technology
• Expertise in Nokia tools like Net Act, BTS Manager, NPM, and 3rd party tools like Actix, TEMS, NEMO, and any other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of Nokia Parameter, Timer, Features, Counter and KPI’s
• Should be good at audit process and correction which includes, radio capacity assessment, PIM detection, RF Scan analysis and could be able to propose parameter changes for quality/capacity enhancements
• Aware about Site configuration and be able to detect issues with configuration to propose solutions.
• Good understanding on Antenna patterns and their impact on coverage and interference. i.e. impact of MIMO and massive MIMO, diversity control etc.
• Traffic balancing using physical and soft parameters while ensuring KPI’s are met
• Good grasp on RF Monitor, DTP & RTWP Optimization.
• Experience in Layer2 analysis. Knowledge on post processing and analysis of Radio Propagation Data.
• Customer focused, high degree of technical skills to resolve complex network issues / trace analysis
• Able to think out of the box to resolve complex scenarios and be able to effectively justify the rationale behind proposed recommendations
• Good at customer handling, Analytical approach, Problem solving and Presentation skills

Job Qualifications

Qualifications :-

• At least 4 years of experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G RF network planning and optimization activities
• High level of expertise in Nokia 2G/3G/4G/5G parameters, counters, KPIs, and features
• In-depth troubleshooting capability for analysis of network statistics, KPIs and RF logs.
• Ability to lead all activities for the maintenance and improvement of network KPIs
• Long term technical career objective in the NPO domain
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to interface with customers and end-users
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Richardson, TX 75080: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
