Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent Automotive client in Fountain Inn, SC area seeking a Tool and Die Maker to join their team. The perfect candidate will have experience with building and repairing tools, dies, fixtures and jigs.If you have the required experience, I encourage you to apply!
Tool and Die Maker Summary:
- $32/HR Based on Experience
- Full Time/Direct Hire
- 2ndShift 3:15PM – 11:45 PM (Overtime)
- Benefits: Paid vacation (two weeks) paid holidays, Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and life insurance
Responsibilities:
- Building or repairing all types, sizes and shapes of tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs.
- Assemble and tryout complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment as required for production
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Troubleshooting
- Tear down, repairs and reassembles tooling
- Plans the setup and operation of all types of machine shop tools
Education & Experience:
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 to 5 years related experience and /or training
- Metal Stamping
- Journeyman’s card preferred
