Randstad Staffing has partnered with a plastic injection molding company located in Maple Grove, MN that is looking to hire a Tool Maker. You must have experience in plastic injection molding. Responsibilities
Essential functions:
Perform revisions to all molds as needed. Perform part changes as required Perform preventative maintenance of molds in Tool room and at presses as needed Troubleshoot problem molds and machines when necessary
Assist 2nd Operations and Maintenance departments as needed. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Tool room. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Machines, tools, equipment and electrical devices used to accomplish the job:
Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Combination square set, Wrenches, Screwdrivers, and other various hand tools. Machine tools that include mills, lathe, surface grinders, welders etc. Forklift.
The essential functions of this role include:- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 8 hours at one time
