Job Summary:
Coleman’s Custom Floor Services is a continuously growing company located in Lancaster PA. We are seeking to hire FT tradesman to join our team. No experience necessary if you have a willingness to be trained. Competitive wages based on your experience. Basic mechanical skill is required along with having an attention to detail. MUST be reliable as attendance is a requirement.
Job Requirements:
* Must have valid driver's license & reliable transportation
* Must pass pre-employment / random drug screening
* Subject to State & Federal background checks
* Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
* Must be willing to work an average of 50-53 hours weekly
* Occasional Saturday work and night work
Job Description:
* Perform general selective floor demolition using ride on machinery and cleanup work
* Concrete grinding
* Concrete polishing and sealing
* Control joint caulking
* Operation of basic hand tools and small power tools
