Epic Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to enhance the onboarding and training process for all new hires:

Job Duties:

• Communicate with new hires, managers, trainers, and stakeholders verbally and in writing
• Establish consistent training plans for each role
• Plan and facilitate Orientation
• Create training schedules
• Set up role-specific trainings
• Oversee performance evaluations
• Provide employee coaching
• Serve as point of contact for EHR
• Ensure that all appropriate New Hire Paperwork is completed
• Develop/Update Job Description
• Upload files into Electronic Records System
• Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Experience with coordinating employee onboarding and training
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment
• Minimum of 2 years human resource experience
• Associates degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to enter data proficient
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the internet
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and prioritize
• Detailed-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment under pressure
• Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic filing procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
