- conduct assessments of training needs for all employees
- Schedule trainings per assessed needs
- Coordinate and instruct training programs to meet quality assurance objectives
- follow established new employee and annual training curriculum
- ensure scheduled training is well advertised
- maintain records of training programs and employee progress
- monitor and report effectiveness of training program
- assess employee learning experience
- monitor feed back and performance
- maintain data base
- Organizational skills
- flexibility and time management skills
- other duties as assigned
