Do you have a passion for creating, communicating and videography! We are looking for a marketing assistant who specializes in creating video content and training guides while multitasking marketing content. This individual will need to be versatile, constantly learning new information, and interact with many employees. This individual will report to the marketing manager for all marketing projects and work directly with the Director of Marketing to design training materials.
Responsibilities:
Training Coordinator
- Organize and create training materials
- Create marketing materials to promote various training courses to new and existing employees
- Coordinate with HR and Operations to schedule and create training videos
- Upload and maintain training site, including updating employee information
Marketing Assistant
- Create various print materials
- Design and upload various digital marketing materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Videography skills with knowledge of composition, layout, editing, and storyboarding including knowledge of using professional camera equipment
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- BA in Business Marketing, Art, or related field
- High School diploma
Candidate Preferred Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Two years design creation
- Big R product knowledge
- Starting wage is based on experience.
