Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are seeking a Training Expert to work remotely with one of our Federal clients. The contractor will provide assistance to the federal OIG staff on Learning and Development programs.

Period of Performance: One year with possible extensions

Hourly Rate: $48.00 (including the H&W)

Location: 100% Remote

Scope of Work: The individual will be responsible for preparing all planning the agency’s OIG Learning and Development Support that will include the following:

• Track training records and certifications, including continuing professional education (CPE) and may include certification tracking.
• Process training request for external training through the logging and coordination of the SF-182
• Support training logistics, including reserving space, materials, set-up, reminder emails, registration, etc.
• Tracks funding and completes data entry, analysis of training spending trends
• Provide updates on training records and request status
• Provide customer service and program support to staff on training related matters.
