Training Specialist :
Contingent Upon Contract Award

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Training Specialist to ensure that our training information technology infrastructure meets the requirements of Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) and is able to effectively support the organization's training needs. The Training Specialist will be a key player in helping our organization stay at the forefront of training technology and will work closely with senior leadership to communicate the requirements and progress of these efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed analyses of current systems and propose changes and recommendations
• Evaluate deployment plans and schedules and provide recommendations on how to optimize system
• Review Cyber Security Information Assurance plans to ensure systems are secure and protected
• Review and evaluate system software solutions and provide recommendations to meet the needs of RRL

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• 5 years performing training systems analysis
• 2 years experience with Navy educational and training systems and processes
• Bachelors in Training Development/Instructional Design OR Bachelors in any discipline and certification in training development OR 10 years experience in Navy training/education or Navy Master Training Specialist (may be concurrent with other experience requirements)
