SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for collecting and disposing all around property garbage/trash.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collects, manage, control and dispose all around property's trash/garbage in a timely, organized and safe manner.
Ensures all garbage closets are clean. Washes garbage containers as needed.
Provides support to both Housekeeping and Engineering Departments moving heavy stuff such as furniture, appliances, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Florida driver License
