Job Summary


The Traveler Experience Concierge role plays an important role in building winning relationships with Fuse Technologies travelers. As the primary point of contact for our valuable travelers, you will play a significant role in ensuring the traveler’s needs are met by understanding traveler needs, responding in a professional, timely and efficient manner, bringing the Fuse traveler experience philosophy to life in every traveler interaction.

As the Traveler Experience Concierge you will eagerly participate in brainstorming sessions to provide input from a traveler experience standpoint, ensuring that our traveler’s needs are a priority. On-site travel may be required


Requirements

    Manages traveler inquiries efficiently and ensure a resolution in a timely manner


    • Acknowledge, empathize, and resolve traveler inquiries and maintain professional relationships at


    all times


    • Provide product and service information to assist travelers with their travel experience questions


    and concerns

    • Utilize Fuse traveler service philosophy to enhance the traveler experience

    • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, critical thinking, and discretion

    • Display a positive composure and enthusiastic tone while assisting travelers

    • Collaborate regularly with TX team members to create a winning service environment

    • Learn all you can about each travel package, additional services and understand each package


    resolution channel so you can provide winning service.


    • Stay on top of all traveler communications, respond in timely fashion to calls and emails, and


    anticipate client needs for updates and new information


    • Effectively communicate with our travelers across several channels – phone, email, chat, and


    social media.


    • Promote Fuse Technologies brand through your conflict resolution abilities and effective


    communication skills.


    • Advocate for our travelers to help us grow the business.

    • Be an active member of the Traveler Experience team


    Qualifications and Skills


    The Traveler Experience Concierge position requires knowledge and experience within the traveler service, support and experience space across the entertainment, live events and hospitality industries A bachelors degree with three to five years of experience is required.


    • You have a passion for traveler experience. You lead by example and have delivered strong winning service results for clients.

    • You’ve experienced success in managing major accounts and understand the responsibility that role carries.

    • You have excellent presentation skills, communication capabilities and know how to extract necessary information from clients to be able to deliver exceptional traveler service.

    • You have an eye for strong creative and know foundational principles of good design and content.

    • Even though you aren’t a designer yourself, you can see how the strategy is married with the


    design and offer insights for improvement.


    • You have supervised the work of others and helped foster a culture of collaborative excellence.

    • You are a people person, like to work within a team, and enjoy the back-and-forth challenges of


    the traveler experience process.
