We are seeking a Full time traveling custodian in the Grand Rapids and surrounding area to support our growing company! Our highly valued custodial staff is the foundation of our company and make a tremendous impact for our Hi-Tec clients. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, excellent customer service, and take ownership and pride in their work. If this describes you, apply now! Tasks

Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment
· In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms
· Provide regular floor care
· Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine
· Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs)
· Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products

· Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Must pass a background Check, fingerprinting and Motor vehicle report

· Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
