Treasury Analyst

Position Summary
A fast-growing company in the Commercial Vehicle sector is looking for a Treasury Analyst with a passion for supporting the finances within a fast growing company and industry leader. Candidate will be experienced in treasury management functions including: banking, cash management, cash forecasting, corporate liquidity, dealing with corporate debt and covenant compliance.

Position Responsibilities*

• Compile short and long-term cash forecasts
• Banking and cash management functions to maintain corporate liquidity
• Manage draws and repayments for large and complex commercial credit facilities
• Experience calculating and managing debt covenant compliance
• Supports disbursements including check writing
• Coordinate the movement of any excess cash, sweeps, and investment accounts
• Manage daily ACH/Wire transaction requirements
• Comfortable reading, navigating, and interpreting detailed loan documentation
• Perform monthly bank account analysis and reconciliations
• Ensure timely collection of customer receivables
• Understands and supports appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity

Position Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related subject required
• A minimum of 2+ years of treasury or finance experience
• Account reconciliation experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Comfortable using and navigating accounting software and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong project management skills, with excellent follow-up skills
• Problem solver – adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience working in Manufacturing
• Experience in interest rate risk management and foreign currency
• MBA Degree
