Responsible and accountable for facilitating the product and service training for Treasury Solutions clients. Treasury Solutions Client Trainer Specialist focus is to provide a best-in-class client experience by assisting clients in making a smooth transition to Truist Treasury solutions, enabling Truist to achieve our vision and improve revenue realization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

List the major responsibilities generally associated with the role (5-7 major responsibilities with no more than 10) that an incumbent in this job is expected to accomplish. Please use numbers to separate each distinct responsibility.

Responsible and accountable for facilitating product training within assigned implementations and change requests by planning, coordinating and executing single or multi-product training sessions in a high quality, timely and efficient manner.

Deliver interactive training sessions via different channels and mediums in accordance with performance standards.

Proactively communicate with clients and business/operations partners to coordinate and drive training efforts on behalf of the client.

Maintain a high degree of knowledge of basic treasury products and/or strong knowledge of one or more highly complex treasury products.

Basic understanding of the Treasury Solutions business and the technology that supports.

Communicate clearly and professionally with the client and business/operations partners in written and verbal communications.

Act with urgency when responding to client training inquiries, meeting client needs, and providing industry-leading client service.

Demonstrate exceptional client management skills which include but are not limited to: facilitating client decisions by displaying knowledge, expertise and professionalism with clients; understand and demonstrate flexibility/adaptability to meet client needs; and identify opportunities for clients to improve their Treasury Solutions relationship along with communicating those needs to Treasury Sales.

Understand, assess and successfully execute the Risk & Regulatory Compliance framework; recognizing the risk role to be played in any given situation and the activities needed to proactively manage risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

One year or more in Treasury Solutions, bank operations, or other related industry experience.

Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to be proactive and adapt messaging based on the audience.

Possess strong presentation skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent education and related training.

Three or more years in experience Treasury.

Training certification or equivalent facilitator experience.
