Johnsonlink Orthodontics is looking for a passionate, energetic Treatment Coordinator to join our Team. This position will involve traveling between our three offices located in Silverdale, Poulsbo and Port Orchard.
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing New Patient examinations, Case Presentations and Observation examinations in a warm and inviting manner. Tracks the patient experience from the initial examination to the start of treatment as directed. Communicates extensively with patients, parents, general dentists, dental specialists, doctors and staff.

Communicates extensively with patients, parents, general dentists, dental specialists, doctors and staff.
Primary Duties:
- Welcome new patients by creating a exceptional patient experience through their examination and diagnosis process.
- Review with patient their health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment.
- Assist in the Orthodontists examination, entering data and listening to the conversation between patient and doctor taking appropriate notes in the patient’s chart.
- Review the treatment plan with the patient and use the available tools to educate them on the available options. (videos, power-point, pictures, etc.).
- Close the sale, by working with the patient and/or responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted.
- Generate correspondence from initial consultation and recall examinations for the referring dentist.
- Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioner.
- Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.
What you Must have to be a Successful Candidate:
- 2 years of Reception & Coordinating Experience
- Strong References
- Orthodontic background
- Part Time (Tues-Thur.)
