Wage - $18.86 - $22.11 depending on experience

Carpentry Tasks:

• Minor Wood and steel framing
• Occasional drywalling and fire caulking
• Install cabinetry, counter tops and repairs
• Trim and hardware installation
• Insulation
• Window and slider installation and repair
• Calculate material requirements
• Make project improvement recommendations
• Interpret requirements from drawings and specifications
• Light drywall repair- finishing skills is a plus
• Soft Demolition

Soft Skills:

• Good communicator
• Likes working with others
• Comfortable working with mobile devices and apps
• Familiar with the use and operation of carpentry power tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry with a licensed contractor or builder
• Provides own hand tools
• Clean criminal record
• Must pass a drug screen
• Builders license a plus but not required and Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
