Trust & Estate Planning Attorney
Must have at least 3 years Trust & Estate Planning Attorney experience

Our client, a 180 attorney firm, is seeking an experienced Associate or Partner to work in its' Evansville or Louisville/Lexington offices. The firm has over 50 practices and more work than it can handle. Its' attorneys have been named to the 2023 U.S. News Best Lawyers® in America.
In total, and 18 were name to “Ones to Watch” across the five offices in Indiana and Kentucky. In this role, you will work with wealthy landowners, farmers and business owners. In this Trust & Estate Planning Attorney role, you will work with blue collar wealthy individuals in estate planning, trust administration, some probate, preparation and filing of estate and inheritance tax returns and any audits; the collection of assets and payment debts and liabilities of the decedent; the protection of the estate plan adopted by the decedent; and all aspects of the estate administration and probate process.
What you bring to the table as an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney:
- Six - twelve years (or more) of Trust & Administration experience, preferably working with high net-worth individuals
- Licensed in any state and willing to take either the Indiana or Kentucky Bar
- CPA or LLM desired
- Stable work history
- Passion for your career and ability to work within a dynamic team

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
