Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Tutor Recruitment - Looking for tutors in all locations within franchise territory and in all subjects. Reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and processing tutor information once they are added to tutor roster.Tracking and updating current tutor roster and contact list.
Matching students with appropriate tutors - Finding tutors to meet the specific needs and/or request(s) of the student. (Location, schedule, subject support, and pay). Analyzing student assessments and providing tutors with background information. Exchanging information between student and tutor. Following-up with students after tutoring sessions.
Customer Service - Providing quality assurance and office support. Answering phone calls and adhering to customers concerns/inquiries.
Skills and qualities - Compassionate, committed, personable, patient, friendly and enthusiastic. Organized, disciplined, attentive, detail-oriented and a self-starter. Has a background in education (i.e.: teaching, administration, etc.) Strong follow-up, clear communication and writing skills. Ability to "read" customers. Able to work under tight deadlines, while having a positive attitude.
Compensation
20 hours per week.
Review for promotion after 6-month period.
