Windom Security offers a rewarding career in mobile patrol that provides a sense of purpose. As a Windom Security Guard, your responsibility will be to protect various communities and properties such as retail locations, commercial real estate properties, student housing, government, and corporate campuses.

Security Guard Pay and Benefits:

Security Guard Hours:

• Full-Time: Four 10-hour shifts from 8 PM to 6 AM or 7 PM to 5 AM (Voluntary overtime available, paid at $28.50/hr *based on $19/hr pay rate)
• Part-Time: 10-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday
• Have another job? Earn extra money; on-call flex shifts are available.

Security Guard Requirements:

• No experience required
• Possess, or have the ability to attain an AZ DPS Unarmed Security Guard Card (Course is 8 hours - Assistance with application process provided)
• Patrol Positions require a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or MAJOR moving violations within the past seven years.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug testing following all federal, state, and local laws
• Have basic computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology
