Position Summary
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina is recruiting a dynamic individual to lead the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The Department is seeking candidates who are Board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for a full-time clinical faculty position. Ideal candidates will meet UNC’s criteria for Associate Professor or Professor.
The UNC Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility consists of five physicians, a physician assistant, six nurse clinicians, three fellows in training, and more than 30 full-time staff. The clinic offers full service reproductive endocrinology and infertility and performs more than 400 fresh IVF cycles annually. The clinic is located 20 minutes from the Chapel Hill campus of the UNC School of Medicine in Briar Creek, a rapidly growing neighborhood in Raleigh. The Division’s mission is to provide exceptional patient care, conduct innovative research, and to ensure excellence in the education of trainees at all levels.

The department is widely recognized for its innovative clinical care, robust research portfolio, and outstanding residency and fellowship training programs.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
MD degree with completion of a 4-year ACGME residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and an ACGME approved 3-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility are required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility are required. Excellent qualifications and letters of recommendation are required.
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, dynamic and innovative individuals with strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate should have demonstrated excellence in clinical care, an established academic track record in research and/or other scholarly activity, and a commitment to the career development of Division faculty and trainees. Academic Rank and Salary will be commensurate with experience.
