Come be a part our team on the continued journey to facilitate information and spread awareness and positive impact of United Way of Southern West Virginia's efforts. Creating financial stability and working to decrease poverty is at the core of our mission. The economic effects of COVID 19 and the increase of substance abuse and overdose deaths has added to the need for support of our goals. Which is supporting families that have been affected by crisis. We will partner with schools, local governments, and economic development groups to develop the existing assets of the community.

Member Duties : This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in your community. Learn about grand families and other programming, recruit volunteers, create databases, develop partnerships with like minded organizations and businesses, use social media to share information about available resources, and engaging the community in events and service opportunities.
