1- Knowledge of frame making, sewing, cutting of materials, and upholstery
2- Read shop drawings to ensure quality of production and accuracy
3- Manage up to 5 employees (cutter, seamstress, upholsterers)
4- Supervise employees and communicate daily with Purchasing Manager to ensure a maximized flow of production
5- Work with Purchasing Department to order materials needed in a timely manner as to not delay production
