Luxury Motors Florida is a high-volume dealership located in high-traffic location. We are URGENTLY hiring since our sales department has a HIGH VOLUME OF BUSINESS so there is plenty of work & money to be made! We offer our employees a dynamic work environment with training opportunities and salary potential of $80k plus.
We are seeking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative who will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.

Must work some nights & weekends. Bilingual is a plus. All are encouraged to apply. WILLING to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities

Establish follows-up with potential prospects
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries

Logging customer details and comments in our system

Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

Identify sales leads among new and existing customers

Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner

Present options based on customer needs

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment, no-show, and visited our showroom

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Log all activity in a CRM

Meet and exceed DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY goals !!
Qualifications

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
