The mission of the ESPORTA Personal Training Department is to take every single NEW member AND EXISTING MEMBER from their current fitness level to achieving their Ultimate Results so that they will stick with their healthy lifestyle longer, refer others and help our Brand continue to create and build more relationships.

Assistant GMs and Assistant Training Directors help manage the department by overseeing sales staff and sales goals. They do this by bringing the right Energy to work everyday to Energize others. They must also have an Edge when it comes to hiring, developing, training and managing staff and team of Trainers. Additionally, you will conduct new members introductory workouts to help achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.

This is a full time position with health benefits. Successful Asst. General Managers and Personal Training Directors have the opportunity to earn commissions, standard hourly pay and OT, plus a very lucrative bonus potential for exceeding minimum thresholds. There is tremendous room for advancement and increased earning potential. Fitness background is preferred, but not required!

Pay: $41,722.00 - $70,316.00 per year
