We are currently seeking a Utility Relations Manager to join our Team in Pensacola, FL.

Scope of work:

The Utility Relations Manager is responsible for project progression of solar projects after installation, working with customers and utility companies to get solar systems turned on and projects completed.

• Build and manage relationships with utility companies to ensure projects move through the pipeline efficiently

• Research and onboard practices and procedures with utility companies in new markets, keeping information up to date in our database

• Work with internal teams to eliminate bottlenecks and improve processing efficiency

• Lead and develop a team of Utility Relation Representatives
• Complete other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful in this role:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills

• Drive to deliver quick project and turn-around times

• Experience in public relations, project management, and/or customer service, preferred

• Fluency in Spanish, preferred but not required
