Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of administrative functions to the Institute . The Administrative Research Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations, working closely with the Institute Director and Research Network Director. Duties include scheduling and coordination of meetings and conference calls, travel coordination, program activity documentation, development of training materials and resources, website development/management, budget preparation assistance, manuscript editing and submission, student volunteer coordination, project coordination assistance, and collaborating on other projects as needed. This position is expected to be able to complete tasks independently.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
4 years

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, proficiency in excel a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, skilled in organizing and coordinating a wide variety of tasks. Previous administrative experience.
