Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is includes but is not limited to:
Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, greet guests, direct guests to their destination, take dining reservations, maintain lobby area and coffee station, data entry, email reservation confirmations, communicate timely and accurate information to staff and club members, assist managers with administrative tasks, prepare reservation book and dining tickets, stay up to date on Club calendar of events, copy, print, interact with club members, provide warm welcomes and fond farewells to members arriving and departing the club

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
1 year of experience in the hospitality business, or similar
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outgoing, positive and welcoming personality, a “people person” capable of making members and guests feel valued, proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook, organized and able to multitask.
