About You:
This role is a member of the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce team, charged with helping to harmonize an omnichannel approach. The incumbent is responsible for creating compelling, user-vetted, and innovative experiences on .com and across a wide variety of other channels and devices. Work product is used across .com, marketing automation, web portals, and campaign experiences to ensure delivery of the best customer satisfaction possible for consumers and the independent Sales Force.
YOU HAVE:
  • Project Management. Experience managing open source content management with DotCMS.
  • Strong decision making skills. High-level understanding of technologies with the ability to weave that understanding together to make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills. Expert level of proficiency in tools such as Axure, InVision, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Optimal Workshop, Usertesting.com, Userzoom, UserLytics, and Survey Monkey. Expert understanding of usability principles and user research methodologies.
  • Presentation skills. Ability to create and present to internal teams and clients clean, detailed, deliverables with high production value. E.g., journey maps, flows
  • Great communication skills. Proven written, verbal, conceptual and visual communication skills.
  • Experience. 5+ years experience designing mobile responsive sites including/accommodating API integration. Working knowledge of user interaction design principles, user flows, and visual design.
  • Education. BA or BS in design, information sciences, HCI, or psychology.
  • Preferred. User Experience expertise managing a website with a visual design background. Working knowledge of common software project management and development practices including CSS and HTML5 and its best practices. Experience working within mobile-first design system libraries.
YOU WILL:
  • Manage projects and oversee small project teams. Lead UX and visual design activities on multiple projects, from market research to concept development, as a strong advocate for the end user.
  • Lead brainstorming and research planning sessions along with advanced activities such as design workshops, rapid prototyping, and iterative user testing.
  • Collaborate on project estimation and planning.
  • Assist team in a successful and on-time project delivery.
  • Present and articulate creative solutions to internal teams with confidence.
  • Plan and polish project deliverables created by UX team.
  • Provide research oversight and direction for digital and marketing resources.
  • Enable a user testing strategy and deliver designs before launch vetted by consumer interactions.
