Coastline Vacation Rentals and Management is a small family owned boutique vacation rental management company. Our properties range from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit. We have a fun, tight knit group here at Coastline! This job is for a vacation rental manager. You would be assigned a set number of properties to oversee. We have a great support staff that will help you along the way. We also have a very user friendly tech stack that enables you to work from home, however occasional visits to the properties is required. You must live in York County, Maine. This job offers a very flexible and self determining schedule. We are looking for someone that is fun, outgoing, and honest. Professional communication is required due to the constant contact with our guests and homeowners.

Schedule: The general work hours will be Thursday- Monday 9am-5pm. This is a year round position with 40 hours a week in the summer and potentially less in the winter. Great time management is required due to the flexibility and autonomous work schedule. Example: Some days you will work 3 hours and some days you will work 8 hours; it's all dependent on the season, work load, and activity at your properties.

Compensation: Starting at $45,000/year. Salaried position.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee a set number of rental properties assigned to you

• Coordinate with our cleaners and inspectors to facilitate a smooth turnover for guests

• Keep track of inventory per property and restocking needs

• Respond to maintenance issues (from homeowner and/or guest) and delegate to our maintenance department.

• Be the main point of contact for guests during their reservation.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to facilitate repairs or projects

• Meet contractors/vendors at the property when necessary

• Be the primary source of contact for the homeowner

• Complete periodic inspections and property checks
