Our Advisory Division work focuses on Valuation & Litigation Support Services, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services, and Management Consulting. The business valuation professionals work closely with their clients to learn about the company from all points of view to provide a fair, accurate, and confidential picture of the company’s value. Our clients range from individual partnership interests; to small companies and professional practices; to large regional, national and multi-national companies.
We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Valuation & Litigation Support Services team! We are open to this position being in any of our office locations: Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH; Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Detroit or St. Claire Shores, MI; Baltimore, MD; Milwaukee, WI. We are also open to candidates who would like to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Participation in all aspects of the project (proposal – final analysis)- Industry Research
- Financial Modeling and Report Writing
- Forecasting and Analysis
- Discovery Review and Analysis
- Compile and issue supporting documentation and final reports
- Participate in Client Meetings
- Networking
- Continued Technical Development
4+ years of relevant experience- Valuation and/or Forensic Accounting Experience Preferred
- Valuation and/or Forensic Accounting Training Preferred
- Business development and revenue generation is a significant expectation for this role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Accounting and Finance double major preferred
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other valuation industry credentials preferred
