Stateline Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram and Stateline Alfa Romeo/Maserati are looking for an Accessories Manager to lead our accessories and customization department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to get into a unique and exciting position within a rapidly growing dealer group. You will be working with customers on vehicles ranging from trucks and Jeeps, to Dodge’s powerful muscle cars, to the dynamic and refined offerings from Alfa Romeo and Maserati. You will work directly with our customers to personalize their new vehicles, and you will work closely with sales, service, and parts to accomplish this. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who likes cars and has good people skills.
Mission of the Position The mission of this position is to work with each new and used vehicle customer to help them personalize and customize their vehicle to fit their needs and tastes. By doing this, we improve the customer’s overall purchase experience, we provide them with one stop shopping for all of their vehicular needs, and we also add greatly to the bottom line of the dealership.

Job Duties/Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Meeting with each sales customer and taking them through our accessories sales process
  • Meeting with walk in or call in customers for their accessories needs
  • Following up with customers that have been missed or could not be spoken to earlier
  • Providing detailed and accurate quotes for accessories to customers
  • Keeping detailed records of accessory sales and customer contacts
  • Scheduling customers for installation
  • Communicating with customers throughout the installation process
  • Quality checking installed items and delivering vehicle back to customers
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Working with sales to upfit new vehicles with accessories for display on our lot
  • Assisting with accessories marketing tasks
  • Other parts and/or service related tasks
Work Environment
This position is conducted from a dedicated accessories office located in our new vehicle showroom. This allows for convenient meetings with sales customers and personnel. You will work directly with representatives from both parts and service for the execution of sold jobs. You will report to both the parts and service managers, and you will work very closely with the general sales manager and GM. Hours worked will somewhat mirror the sales department’s hours to ensure that we maximize customer opportunities. This means working approximately 9am to 8pm 5 days per week. Saturdays are required, but you will be able to take the weekday off of your choice.
