Come get in on the ground floor of the newest Veterinary clinic in the Huntsville area! We are accepting applications for a receptionist who is proficient in handling calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with any questions they may have. A strong history in the veterinary field is preferred but not required. Getting in on the ground floor means some cross training may be necessary but most importantly your voice will be heard and you can impact the practice in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide direction to service associates.
• Serve as contact between other personnel and clients.
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointment for clients and coordinate Veterinarian's schedules.
• Provide information to clients about policies and procedures.
• Answer questions from clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
