Veterinary Associates of Murfreesboro is seeking a Veterinarian who shares our passion for pets, and their families. We are a fast-paced, two doctor practice seeking another talented veterinarian to join our thriving practice. We focus on educating clients on the highest quality care and building lifelong relationships with pets and pet owners while also being supported by a highly skilled team. We have a tenured, well-leveraged support staff, so you are free to practice as your best self while getting home on time!

We offer a modern, spacious working area; in-house laboratory, digital radiography (including dental), a fully stocked pharmacy, ultrasound, endoscopy, immunotherapy, intensive care, and laser therapy. We pride ourselves on having a positive team environment. We also have experienced licensed support staff, outstanding assistants, and the friendliest client service team to provide additional support to our doctors. We are proud to serve Murfreesboro and the surrounding areas of Christiana, Bell Buckle, and Wartrace.

As a Veterinary Student Extern you will be actively mentored (and depending on your year of school) as you develop technical skills while participating in rounds, surgery, treatments, and consultations with clients. Our industry standard mentorship resource guide will help you and your mentor intentionally identify objectives to focus on to ensure your experience is customized for what you want to achieve. Your experience could include gathering histories, performing physical examinations, developing diagnostic and therapeutic plans or building case management plans depending on what you are hoping to experience. We are here to help you become the doctor you want to be!
