VetMED is looking for motivated, positive individuals to join our Specialty team!

Surgery/Neurology Departments Liaison. VetMED is an AAHA-accredited specialty referral hospital with a strong Surgery and Neurology department comprised of experienced board-certified surgeons and neurologist. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and efficient individual to support our doctors and technician team through communication with clients, RDVMs, and other hospital departments.

Daily job functions include extensive communication with clients and RDVMs (patient updates, financial updates, diagnostic tests, etc.), appointment scheduling, record keeping, filling/calling in prescription medications, collaboration with our Client Service team and other specialty and emergency departments. Some patient interaction may be required.

Our ideal candidate will have veterinary technical experience, excellent client service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Applicants should be self-motivated, have great attention to detail, and thrive on working as a strong team.

Position is Full-time, Mon-Fri 8a-5p.
