SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for cleaning and servicing villas according to Department quality standards by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Cleans vacant and dirty villas for the next guest arrival, following the Housekeeping five stars service.

Cleans guest villas as needed and responds to repair any cleaning issues that arise in already occupied villas.

Performs special projects in order to maintain the villas in excellent conditions.

Completes special cleanings in villas (General clean, deep clean), occasionally.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
