Virtual Customer Service Representative Summary
Our company is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our online marketing and sales team. Our ideal applicant is organized enough to manage our online inventory and creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our online leads. You will optimize our campaigns using marketing and SEO strategies and measure how much they increase web traffic by using analytics tools.
Virtual Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage our Facebook Marketplace inventory
• Respond to social media leads
• Develop campaigns to increase traffic
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Help manage our online marketing presence, including on social media platforms

This position is a hybrid position. Most of your time will be remote. The hours of coverage for lead response is: Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 12:30PM to 8PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 5AM to 8PM.

One to two days a week will be in office helping generate content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
