We are seeking full time Temporary Customer Care agents to join our team. Temporary employment will last approximately 90 days. This time frame is subject to change based on Client needs.

Applicants will be subject to a 7 year background check and OIG/SAM/OFAC and Medicaid Exclusions check.

Position Summary

  • Complete inbound Member Services calls and order processing for Over the Counter Benefits with Medicare Advantage members.
  • Health Care Industry.
  • Full-time needed (30+ hour per week).
  • Temporary work lasting approximately 90 days.
  • Use your own equipment and internet.

Computer and Internet requirements:

  • Internet speed must be at least 10 mbps upload and 20 mpbs download.
  • Processor: Intel i3, AMD Athlon Pro 200U or equivalent
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (no tablets or Chromebooks) or Mac OS 10.14 Mojave or higher.

  • RAM Memory: 8 GB of RAM
  • Hard Drive Storage: Minimum 64 GB HD, 30 GB free
  • Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768 or higher suggested

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each call.
  • Process all correspondences with adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines where applicable.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
  • Individual accountability for performance.
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks through the incident reporting procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work processes.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience desired.
  • Previous customer service and healthcare knowledge preferred.
  • Understanding of health insurance is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Experience:

  • Call Center: (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 6 months (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • Full Time shifts.
  • The project is open 7 days a week. Looking for 7 am to 10 pm (central time) shift availability.
